Professional Appliance Repairs

Get Started Now

A refrigerator that has given up does not wait for a convenient morning, and a washer that will not drain takes the whole week with it. Tell us the brand and what the machine is doing, and a time comes back to you by phone or text, most often for the same day.

The technician who arrives has spent years on the brands already sitting in your kitchen, and the van is loaded for them before it leaves. The problem gets read rather than guessed at, and the price is agreed with you before a single screw is turned. It does not move once the panel is off.

You hear what the part costs and what the labor costs as two separate numbers, because they are two separate things. If the machine is old enough that the sensible money goes on a replacement, you will be told that plainly, even though it is the answer that earns us nothing.

Labor carries a 30-day warranty printed on the invoice, and parts carry whatever the manufacturer gives them. If the same problem comes back inside that window, call the number you called the first time and somebody returns to it.

Who picks up

Somebody who repairs these machines, not a call center reading a script. Tell them the brand, the model number if you can get at it, and what the appliance is actually doing. That is usually enough for the right part to be in the van before it leaves South Broadway.

You will be given an arrival window rather than a day, and the technician is confirmed by phone or text before they set off.

Things that should not wait

A refrigerator sitting above 40 degrees, water on a floor, a burning smell from a dryer, or gas. Ring rather than book online for any of those and say so when you get through, because they go to the front of the board. If you can smell gas, get everyone out first and call Con Edison before you call us.
