How soon will a technician arrive?
The majority of appointments are booked within the same week, with refrigeration placed ahead of everything else because the contents of a refrigerator will not wait. You are given an arrival window at the time of booking rather than being asked to stay in all day.
How much should I expect to pay?
Most repairs come to between $165 and $420 with the part and the labor combined, and sealed-system refrigeration work costs more because of the refrigerant and the certification required to handle it. Every common problem has a published starting price, and your own price is confirmed in writing before work begins.
Which manufacturers do you service?
Twenty-four altogether. Wolf, Viking, Thermador, Monogram, Bosch, Miele, Fisher and Paykel and Liebherr on the built-in side, with Whirlpool, Maytag, GE, LG, Samsung, KitchenAid, Frigidaire, Electrolux, Asko and Kenmore covering the rest.
Do you take on integrated and panel-ready appliances?
Yes, and a good many Westchester kitchens contain them. Refrigeration columns, wine cabinets, integrated dishwashers and wall ovens are everyday work for us, including the panel and hinge alignment that any door service requires afterwards.
What does the warranty cover?
Our labor is warranted for 30 days and the term appears on your invoice, alongside whatever the manufacturer offers on the part. Should the same problem reappear inside that period, we return and put it right without a further charge.
Is my appliance worth repairing?
You will get a straight answer. As a general rule, once a repair would cost more than half the price of an equivalent new appliance and the unit has passed roughly two thirds of its expected life, replacement is the wiser expense, and we would rather tell you that than sell you a part.
