Appliance Repair Services
Five appliance categories, covered end to end, including the built-in and panel-ready units most repair companies decline.
Every major household appliance, repaired in your own kitchen or laundry room by one of our technicians, Monday to Saturday.
Diagnostics comes first, then a flat price, and only then does anything get opened up. Approve the repair and the diagnostic folds into the labor, so the visit itself costs you nothing extra, and every job leaves with 30 days of parts and labor warranty on the invoice.
Pick your appliance below for the problems we see on it, the manufacturers that build it, and the questions Westchester households actually ask us about it. What each problem begins at is listed on the pricing page.
What a visit actually involves
Somebody rings ahead rather than turning up inside a four-hour window, so nobody loses a working day waiting. The appliance is read first: the error history it has stored, the readings across the parts that could produce what you are describing, and the mechanical checks that a code will never show. That takes the guesswork out before a single part is ordered.
What that inspection finds is explained to you in plain terms, with the part and the labor quoted as separate numbers. Nothing is opened up on the strength of a hunch, and nothing is replaced because swapping it was quicker than testing it.
Where a repair stops making sense
Not every machine is worth the money it would take to fix. A ten-year-old builder-grade dishwasher facing a control board and a pump is a different conversation from a Thermador condenser, and you will hear the honest version of it, including when the sensible spend is a new appliance. Saying so costs us the job, which is exactly why it is worth saying.
What we do not take on
Commercial kitchen lines, sealed-system work on units the manufacturer has stopped supplying parts for, and anything requiring a licensed gas fitter to move a supply line rather than service an appliance. Where a job falls outside what we do, you are told on the phone rather than after a visit you have already paid for.
