What comes with every repair
30-day parts and labor warranty
The part and the labor are both covered for 30 days, written on the invoice rather than promised at the door.
Insured and EPA-certified
Every technician is insured, and anyone opening a sealed refrigeration system holds EPA Section 608 certification. The certificate number goes on your paperwork.
Background-checked technicians
Everybody who comes to your door has passed a background check and is employed by us, not by a subcontractor.
Quick turnaround across the county
Call in the morning and most of Westchester can be reached the same day, Monday to Saturday.
Why there are numbers on this page
The usual practice in this trade is to say nothing about money until a technician is standing in your kitchen, which is exactly the moment you have the least room to walk away. Publishing the prices here costs us that advantage on purpose. You should be able to decide whether to call before you call.
What the prices on this page are, and are not
They are starting prices taken from real Westchester jobs, per problem and per appliance. They are not a quote. The final price depends on the brand, the part and the labor that particular machine needs, and it is in writing before work starts.
What moves the price
- The appliance. A refrigeration column in fitted cabinetry or a wall oven built into a run of units takes time to reach before any part is touched.
- The badge. Professional and imported equipment carries dearer parts, and some of them are a special order rather than a shelf item.
- The part. Swapping a thermal fuse and swapping a control board are the same half hour of work and nothing like each other on the invoice. This is the single biggest variable on the page.
- Access. A stacked laundry pair in a hall closet, or a dishwasher under a stone counter, takes longer to get out and longer to put back square.
What does not move
The number you agreed to. It is quoted before anything is opened and it is what you pay. Should the technician find a second problem sitting behind the first, the tools go down and you get a phone call, not a longer invoice at the end.
Need it fixed today?
If you reach us before midday, we can normally attend the same day, within a two-hour arrival window and at a fixed price agreed before any work is carried out.
